Fall Sessions

Britney Nicole Photography handles everything related to selecting, editing, and making creative choices about cropping, lighting, colors, and black-and-white versions. You'll get a minimum of 20 edited photos, all carefully color-corrected and uniquely edited. Clients do not have the option to preview or choose photos before editing.

The full payment of $150 is due when you book the session.

You'll receive a link to download your edited photos within two weeks of the session. There will be no previews, and all photos will be deleted one month after you receive them. No other photos or unedited versions will be provided.

Please help the photographer by letting them know who or what you want to be photographed and by following their directions for posing. If you don’t cooperate, the photographer isn’t responsible for missed shots.

You can print as many copies of the photos as you want anywhere. However, the photographer has the rights to the photos and may use them for other purposes.

The photographer is not responsible for any injuries or accidents to you or your party before, during, or after the session.

The photographer is not responsible for any loss or theft of your personal belongings or those of your family.

If you're late to your session, it may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client's session.

You can reschedule up to seven days before the session for an additional 50% of the session fee each time. Rescheduling for bad weather or medical conditions can be done without extra charges.
